A Thesis Supervisor/Mentor ) is an advanced member of the Ballsbridge University faculty whose role is to guide a potential graduate student who is a candidate for a masters or doctorate degree, helping them select coursework, as well as shaping, refining and directing the students' choice of sub-discipline in which they will be examined and/or on which they will write a thesis or dissertation. BU team generally choose advisors for student based on their areas of interest within their discipline, their desire to work closely with particular graduate faculty of Ballsbridge University.

The university invite potential experience professional to join as research supervisor. Supervisors can come from anywhere around the world. The supervisors are paid directly by the students.
The eligibility of a supervisor is a doctoral degree from a recognized university and some years of experience in that discipline. All supervisors are required to register with chartered institute of professionals at fellow or doctorate grade. Their membership with ICP will be free.
